**About the Role**

This is an exciting new role at NZBS and an opportunity to be part of a team building a Project Management Office from the ground up. By coaching strategic project teams and uplifting project management capability within NZBS you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects and have a positive impact on performance and patient outcomes.

In this role, you will create engaging and meaningful resources including training, tools and other initiatives that support colleagues to adopt and use project methodology as part of their everyday work. You will work closely with colleagues within the PMO and build strong partnerships across the business. Through this work at the end of every day, you know that you've contributed in some way to making a difference in someone's life

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have a Project Management certification and a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing large scale complex projects and program of work at organisational level. You will have proven experience providing project management coaching and guidance to senior leaders, SMEs, teams, and colleagues preferably within health, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.

You also have experience:

- Developing change initiatives into structured projects and program of work
- Influencing a diverse range of professionals who have expertise in different domains
- Building engaging material and tools to train other people in project management skills
- Optimising the availability of people and efficiently utilising the necessary skills to enhance the reliability of project plans
