**What will you do?**

We need a Property Projects Advisor to join our Christchurch based team to support the delivery of major refurbishment works and provide systems support to our property team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the property team to deliver the village major refurbishment programme of works
- Developing, reviewing and updating processes, procedures, and systems used by the team
- Coordinating projects and being involved with project planning, procurement, risk management, compliance documentation, project reporting, health and safety, and financial tracking
- Delivering village-specific projects as required, including scoping, procurement, delivery and closeout
- Managing and tracking workflows relating to Building Consent documentation for Unit Refurbishment and Major Refurbishment projects

- Significant experience in a similar construction sector role, working with a team of project managers is essential
