We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, with occupational health or vocational rehabilitation experience to come and join our dynamic, innovative and supportive team at Geneva Healthcare - Work Solutions

Geneva Healthcare (part of NZ Health Group) Work Solutions provides a range of personalised programs so people can manage their health and well-being after an injury or illness or living with a disability. Our team delivers a range of ACC and private insurer work, focusing on both injury prevention and helping our clients back to work after injury.

Our experienced interdisciplinary team use a person-centred, strength-based, solution-focused approach to suit.

**About the role | **He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

This role will be covering the Auckland region.

We are able to offer flexible working arrangements, to make sure that the role can fit around your family, social and sporting commitments. We have opportunities to base yourself at home, or at the office, working with you, and what is going to work best.

We support clients’ return to optimal functioning and work, following injury or ill health so your broad experience would be valuable in this role.

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**
- 2+ years experience as a NZ Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, post graduate qualification in Vocational Rehab is an advantage, but not essential.
- Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Current NZ Registration with NZOT/NZPT
- Passion to continue to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems
- Ability to travel and work autonomously
