**Job Description**:
For this role, any previous experience in administration roles will be advantageous. You will be responsible for looking after stock control, monitoring team member compliance, reporting, liaising with vendors, invoicing, and complete stocktake duties.

You will also be responsible for making sure that the store takings balance each day and store financial records are submitted on time. You will also assist with customer service queries so previous experience in a customer service industry including experience in complaint resolution is important.

This is a permanent part time position covering the following shifts:

- Sunday 7am-12pm
- Monday 7am-12pm
- Tuesday 7am-12pm
- Wednesday 7am-12pm
- Thursday 7am-12pm

The starting rate for this role is $23.58 per hour + team discount card.

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
