JOB POSITION- TEAM MEMBER

NO. OF POSITIONS- 5

32- 40 HOURS WEEKLY

PAY RATE-$24- $32 PER HOUR

Responsibilities:-

As a Team Member , you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and customer- oriented environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting the operational needs of the store. Your role will involve a mix of customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and teamwork to maintain the high standards of Pizza store.

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

Accurately take orders from customers, whether by phone, online, or in person, and process payments through the POS system.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Assist with the preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to the standards and procedures, ensuring food quality and hygiene.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen, dining area, and other parts of the store, following food safety and health regulations.

Work effectively with other team members, helping with stock replenishment, cleaning, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and ensure the work environment is safe for both customers and employees.

Keep up-to-date with the menu, promotions, and new products, so you can provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

NO EXPERIENCE AND NO QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
