We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Operations team and play a key role in hiring exceptional talent across all areas of the business — including G&A, Sales, Tech, and Customer Success.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building great teams and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment and contribute to continuous improvements across our hiring practices. This is a cross-functional role, supporting hiring initiatives across APAC.

**Who You Are (Our Ideal Recruiter-in-Crime)**
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment or 5+ years as a sourcing/recruitment coordinating rockstar.
- Experience sourcing technical talent
- Creative sourcing strategies that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.
- Process optimizer with a knack for keeping things simple and slick.
- Highly organized — you don’t just juggle, you perform circus acts.
- Proficient in ATS platforms and comfortable with tech.
- A team player who thrives in a global, remote-first environment.
- Ability to flex time and cover APAC tech hiring efforts
