**About the role**:

You will review current engagement measurement tools, and identify, design/purchase and develop future feedback mechanisms that align with ACC’s new strategic intent, enabling ACC to understand the engagement of its people in a timely and meaningful way that contributes to enhanced outcomes for our people and our customers.

You will need a background in Organisational Development with a strong analytical bent. You will have led engagement strategies and surveys, and contributed to policy and process development. A clear and concise communication style will be key and you will be comfortable facilitating group discussions and presenting to senior leadership cohorts.
