Join Kiwibank’s Wholesale and International Operations and grow your career in settlements and international finance. A Wholesale and International Operations Specialist delivers a wide range of International and wholesale activity and plays an integral role within Enterprise Operations and the wider Kiwibank whanau.

In this role you will:

- Reconcile accounts validating the flow of money and balancing payment transfers.
- Complete payment investigations, payment tracking and payment recall.
- Fulfil quality assurance functions.
- Complete customer verification and AML requirements.
- Complete collateral functions with Kiwibank’s treasury team.
- Onboarding functions for the opening of Foreign Currency accounts for our Wholesale and Financial Market customers.
- Execution of onboarding forms and various other international documentation.

- Strong numeracy and accounting capability.
- Previous International payment reconciliation or international banking experience.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail and analytic mindset.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement.
