**The Role**

Anderson Lloyd is seeking an experienced and driven lawyer to join the Property & Private Client team (PPC team) in Queenstown. You will work alongside Kerry O'Donnell, as well as the wider PPC team, and be involved in a number of important projects in Queenstown.

Your primary focus is to work across all aspects of Commercial Property and Private Client law, including:

- Drafting and reviewing lease documents
- Assisting on large scale property developments
- Sale and purchase of residential and commercial property
- Land acquisitions and sales
- Joint venture development deals
- Negotiating commercial contracts
- Organising finance
- Structuring entities and facilitating the titling and sales process for property developments

**About You**

You will have a strong academic transcript, good technical skills, and a real interest in living and working in Queenstown.
