**We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support a team of Document Preparation Officers in our Auckland office.**

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who has a growth mindset and a passion for customer experience. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, guiding and coaching a team of Document Preparation Officers with the purpose of delivering strong results and superior service to both our internal and external clients. The role operates in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and works collaboratively with Management to ensure the delivery of service excellence.

**About the role**

Responsibilities can include:

- Oversee the team’s activities to ensure meeting customer expectations and manage employee performance against key performance indicators
- Participate in any customer meeting/governance forum as and when required
- Day to day management of client expectations
- Comply with customer specific operating processes as well as internal policies and procedures
- Managing and addressing escalations or any matters raised by team members

**About you**
- You have leadership experience and are a natural leader that people will want to follow
- Sound knowledge in end-to-end mortgage processing
- Everything you do has a customer focus and you are passionate about role modelling this to your team
- You are extremely organised and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- You have well developed communication skills and are able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- You will have the ability to analyse business processes to be able to identify, recommend and adapt process and efficiency improvements
- You have previous experience and or exposure in using workflow management tools to review and interpret data to drive and sustain performance
