**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scientist to play a key role in implementing change across the clinical portfolio. You will use your scientific expertise to build the evidence needed to shape and develop effective and successful projects.

As the Change Support Specialist (Clinical Services), you will be responsible for completing business process analysis and documentation to support the program of complex clinically led projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to undertake current state analysis, gap analysis and process mapping (including user requirements and future state planning) to ensure projects are scoped and delivered effectively. You will also lead the development of controlled documentation, validation work and the implementation of change.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Clinical Development and Projects team on these initiatives. The role will require you to work effectively across all relevant NZBS directorates and with stakeholders within and outside NZBS. Initially the role will primarily focus on supporting a testing transformation program of work focused on our Donation Accreditation laboratories and the scoping of 5-NAT testing.

**About you**

You will have successfully participated in technical/business improvement projects from scoping through to operational delivery. You will be a critical thinker, who is highly organised, pays attention to detail and can break complex processes down into clear requirements and be able to communicate these to a range of different stakeholders.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a sound ability to influence, communicate, facilitate, and manage the human side of change.

You can be based at any of our key NZBS sites (Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Christchurch).
