Looking for a great opportunity to grow your HR experience and contribute to really make a difference for our hospitals? We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.
As the HR Coordinator in our People Systems and Information team, you will work with our recruitment team, HR Advisors, and managers across our district supporting the employment and on-boarding of staff. As we continue to improve and integrate our systems and services, you will get to pick up and move across other aspects of our central HR support.
Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team
The Systems and Information team are the awesome engine room for our HR services. We have team members in both our main hospitals, Wellington and Hutt, so we can collaborate with our colleagues. There's plenty of work to keep us busy, sometimes with tight deadlines, as well as regular activities that we maintain from week to week.
We pride ourselves on being customer focused, delivering to the needs of both the hospital services, our colleagues, and the organisation, at the same time having fun
Moū ' About you
To succeed in our team, you'll pride yourself on your customer service, your ability to learn and flex, attention to detail, and energy. We're in the process of moving to online systems so you'll need to be comfortable with technology.
**Skills and experience**:
- A foundation knowledge of HR processes and systems, and experience working in a complex and changing environment will be valuable
- Good interpersonal skills ' able to work positively with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills
