Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
- Leading a team of interRAI Educators who are responsible for the delivery of interRAI Education and Support Services.
- Accountablity for the management of the team
- Mentoring and supporting the educators to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent manner using agreed standards and associated training materials and processes within required timeframes.
- Maintaining a national training schedule, will advocate for and follow national standards and business rules, and support educators to deliver high quality services that meet national, regional, and local requirements.

If you are a registered health professional with a current annual practicing certificate, have previous interRAI experience and exposure to leading a team. This role is for you

- Health professional with current practicing certificate, or relevant health sector experience
- Previous experience with interRAI is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of adult learning techniques in the delivery/facilitation of education solutions to customers
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring of others in areas of expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership.
