**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily field operations
- Maintain employee time records and prepare time sheets
- Conduct inductions and training for supervisors and new staff
- Report progress of orchard operations to the manager
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and support to a diverse team
- Supervise staff and ensure soil preparation activities are carried out using the latest methods
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
- Serve as a contact person for clients, resolving contract-related issues
- Visit worksites to monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and proprietary information
- Handle employee complaints ethically
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the director/manager
