**The Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Broker to join a friendly and collaborative team here at Aon. This is a permanent, full-time position that can be based out of either our Christchurch or Wellington offices.
This unique role would suit an enthusiastic, proactive and service-focused professional looking to build a career with a global insurance broker. This role would see you supporting our broking functions, who work with a diverse client base.
**You would be responsible for**:
- Responding to inbound calls from our customer service and claims lines
- Inputting of policies, amendments and updates
- Processing of new claims and updates
- Acting as a key point of contact on all broking issues, including claims
- Maintenance of office systems and procedures to support broking functions with providing a quality service
- Occasional outbound customer service calls
**About you**
- Process-driven, with outstanding attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Computer proficiency with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
