**Senior Advisor Learning**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our Learning and Capability team. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of a range of initiatives.

**About the role**

To be successful in the role, in addition to your skills, knowledge and experience you'll need to be a self-starter with well-developed communication and relationship building skills. You'll be joining a group of learning professionals who are passionate about making a difference for our people.

Key aspects of the role will include:

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Mentoring and coaching team members
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and training methods

**About you**

You will bring your previous experience in a Learning Development role along with your understanding of adult learning principles and project management.

Amongst your key strengths will be:

- Proven ability to develop trust and credibility at all levels
- The ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agility who can work well with competing demands and under pressure
- A terrific work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

**Position Description**

**Salary range**: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00
