**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Experience (CX) Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design and delivery of transformative customer experiences. Your focus will be on human-centred design principles, ensuring their customers are at the forefront of the business decision-making process.
You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to create innovative and inclusive solutions that address customer pain points, increase engagement, and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine customer experience strategies that align with diversity and inclusion goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the seamless integration of design solutions, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the customer experience, ensuring that design solutions are accessible, equitable, and inclusive for all customers.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of design solutions, gathering insights and feedback to iterate and enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Customer Experience (CX) Designer, strongly focusing on human-centred design methodologies and practices.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing user research data to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders effectively.
Prior experience in finance/insurance, telco or large enterprise environments
