- Liaise with the sales, production and dispatch team to ensure timely product delivery
- Provide customer support, processing customers’ queries and requests
- Assist with Health and Safety management

**To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience**:

- At least 1 year of customer service and administration experience
- Resilience - someone who does not get flustered easily when dealing with contractors and builders
- Computer literacy and MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with teams and customers
- Strong initiative and aptitude to learn new information and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manukau, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
