**About the role**
An exciting and crucial role in our Transactional Services team, your responsibilities will include effectively and efficiently investigating and processing of third-party debt recovery resulting from damage to our network assets. You will be familiar with the process required, from data gathering and investigation, through to negotiation and settlement. As an experienced Administrator you will have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining excellent relationships with customers and third parties and will ideally have experience in an asset management type business.

This is a role that will challenge you We are after a great team player who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment. You will need to draw on your ability to effectively negotiate and find solutions. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate
- Previous customer service / administration experience
- Experience with operational and reporting systems such as, SAP, Siebel, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation
- A team player who has good organisational and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks
