It's an exciting time in Digital Services as we embark on a refreshed Digital Strategy to help enable The Bank's strategic outcomes. We're looking for an abstract thinker to be part of the Business Engagement team, someone who can work well across IT disciplines, co-design with business and bring people on the journey. We have some immediate programmes to support over the next 12 months, and there is plenty of opportunity to paint what the future holds beyond that. Te tūranga - The role You'll be partnering with the business and working with other Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to develop technology roadmaps. You will support the Manager Business Engagement and CIO to tell The Bank's Digital Strategy story and paint the art of the possible. Experience in co-design methodologies, and insight into emerging technologies will be a key asset. Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in this role you will bring:

- A passion for people, technology and business outcomes - in equal quantities.
- Ability to think strategic, yet able to break down technology complexity and articulate simply to all levels.
- Experience in creating and aligning technology roadmaps, digital strategies and Enterprise Architectures. Cloud Services, Central banking, banking or financial system experience will be favourable. A strong technology consulting background is also favourable.
- Thought leadership and insights into emerging technologies in regulation, monetary and financial systems.
- Customer mind-set with the ability to bring stakeholders on a journey, experience in co-design methodologies and new ways of working.
