We are looking for a new colleague with admin experience and who is driven to provide top customer service at all times.

**About the Role**
Based at our Albany branch, the Freight Office Assistant is a varied and dynamic role. You’ll be responsible for the timely handling of damaged, repacked and missorted parcels. Using your initiative to resolve customer queries, you’ll work closely with courier drivers and our Operations team to ensure our customers’ freight is delivered to where it needs to be. With people at the heart of our success, you’ll enjoy the diversity of our team and our customers

We can offer permanent full time hours, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with rostered Saturdays.

Key duties include
- Resolving customers’ parcel queries with a focus on problem-solving
- Contacting customers regarding their undeliverable freight
- Supporting Freight Office and the depot with a wide range of other duties
- Computer literacy - competent in data entry and MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability to lift up to 25kg - comfortable with repetitive lifting
