Do you have a passion for creativity and the written word? If so, this job is for you. No two days are the same as you work across several different brands whilst wearing multiple hats and moving seamlessly from one brand voice to the next.

This is a maternity cover position for 12 months.

**About us**

Alberts creates aspirational workspaces across Auckland. With five CBD locations Alberts tenants and members enjoy modern offices and the opportunity to work in a hybrid way, a sun-kissed roof terrace, a café, a quiet lounge surrounded by other members ready to collaborate its an environment where your clients and team will want to be.

**Key responsibilities**
- Copy writing across multiple platforms from EDMs to sales documents in different brand tones
- Managing our various internal and external marketing platforms (in-building digi boards, websites and other signage)
- Working closely with each of our teams to ensure all marketing needs are met and materials provided (e.g., event team, cafe manager, bar manager will each need marketing materials to push their offerings)
- Work with other team members and agency on social media paid strategy and execution
- A flair for design and creating collateral in design software.
- Ensure events and operations are all on brand and provide supportive materials where needed along with being proactive in putting forward ideas for activations
- Some internal comms creation such as team newsletter and ad hoc EDMs

**Key requirements**
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing website management, EDM, social media
- Strong communication skills with the ability to extract from non-marketing colleagues what their requirements are and their objectives
- Proactive personality - this is an independent role so you must be able to manage your tasks and time well
- Strong use of the English language your spelling and grammar are top notch
- Can generate creative solutions and problem solve on your feet
- Can follow brand guidelines and be a brand champion for the business.
- Sound knowledge of design software such as InDesign and photoshop

**Nice to have**
- Agency background or had a lot of agency contact so you understand the best processes and can work efficiently across several brands and manage your time effectively.
- Social media experience and can oversee our social media accounts providing strategic input and offering solutions across each brand.

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
