Payments Specialist

**Ko tō tūranga - Your role**:
The Payments Specialist role sits within the Billing & Payment Team in our SME & Consumer function. This is an Auckland based role and will be available on a 24 months secondment reporting directly to the Payments Operations Lead.

The main purpose of the role is to accurately process payments transactions from various channels, ensure allocation of payments, manage Suspense Accounts, and investigate Missing/Misapplied payment queries.

**Ko tō mahi - What you’ll do**:
The Payment Specialist will perform different tasks across the Payments function including: Morning Runs, Refunds, Reconciliations, Upload/Download files, Suspense Account Investigation, Processing Direct Debits, Credit Cards Refunds.

**Na tōu rourou - What will you bring?**:

- Accounts Receivable background in high volume transactional environment
- Experience managing Master Excel Spreadsheets
- Strong Reconciliation Skills
- Ideally exposure to Siebel, TP2, Clarify
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
