To further strengthen our commitment to Health, Safety and Environment excellence, we are seeking a dedicated HSE Administrator with HSE reporting experience to join our team.

**About the role**

Based in **Hornby,** **Christchurch** and reporting to the National HSE Manager, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our people, supporting our ESH initiatives and wider team, and providing updated information to our people.

**This role includes**:

- Management of Noggin, our incident reporting system
- Document control for all ESH documents across the business
- Ensuring data is up to date for reporting.
- Managing our ESH intranet page, ensuring our people have up-to-date information to hand.
- Supporting the wider team with administration tasks and project research as needed
- Coordinating travel bookings for the ESH team
- Act as the point of contact between our business units and ESH team, always ensuring confidentiality.

**What you'll need to bring**

You will ideally have previous ESH Administration and reporting experience, along with
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Health & Safety Administrator.
- Experience working with highly confidential data and knowledge of the Privacy Act and HSAW Act.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Noggin an advantage

**No Health & Safety experience? We may also consider persons with strong administrative, reporting and systems experience.**
