Job Overview

The Office Manager/H&S Lead will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP International Markets and taking the lead in Health & Safety management for all three of the Bracco legal Entities in the UK. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the VP International Markets, including diary management, email management, and document preparation
  • Take the lead in Health & Safety management for all three of the Bracco legal Entities in the UK, including developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing health and safety training to employees
  • Manage the coordination of meetings and events, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and catering
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and healthy for employees
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
  • Participate in accident and incident investigations and analyse statistics to identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Offer health and safety advice to employees and provide technical support to senior management
