We are currently recruiting for a QA and H&S Administrator for a permanent role based in Christchurch.

Our client specialises in providing inspection services for a range of industrial clients throughout NZ. This is a newly created position due to sustained growth in the company.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing admin support to the QA & HSE Manager
- Assisting with formulating and implementing H&S policies and procedures.
- Maintaining incident register and completing incident investigations, reports, and risk assessments.
- Assisting with clients’ H&S pre-qualifications and site inductions.
- Liaising with internal staff and external clients in relation to HSE and QA requirements.
- Keeping accurate records of staff H&S training, qualifications, and inductions.
- Booking training courses, medicals, test & tags, etc. as required.
- Assisting with H&S auditing and reporting.
- Ensuring PPE supplies are maintained.
- Accurately updating, documenting, and recording information

**To be successful you should have**:

- A thorough understanding of New Zealand Health & Safety Legislation, eg. Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Proven organisational and administration skills.
- Computer literacy, including experience using MS Office Suite.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- NZ Citizenship or NZ Residency
