**Role and Responsibilities** **Fleet Technical Management Engineer - 3 year contract** CAE Parc Fleet Technical Management Services offers comprehensive technical management support to airlines by managing aircraft on behalf of clients. As an FTM Engineer, your primary role is to ensure that the aircraft managed by CAE Parc remain compliant with applicable airworthiness regulations, while also ensuring aircraft reliability and availability. You will be stationed at the client's headquarters, serving as the main point of contact between the Client and the CAE Parc Fleet Technical Management department. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and CAE Parc FTM Services for technical aspects during aircraft operations. - Ensure that interface procedures align with the client's standard procedures, making necessary amendments in collaboration with the client and Standards leader. - Prepare, follow up, and represent CAE Parc in relevant technical meetings such as Reliability Meetings, planning meetings, and maintenance program meetings, ensuring completion of required actions. - Assess and incorporate Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Maintenance Planning Documents (MPD) revisions, Minimum Equipment List (MEL) revisions, and other non-mandatory modifications into the maintenance management system for managed aircraft. - Receive and upload technical records into the appropriate system for managed aircraft as required. - Manage maintenance planning, work orders, and coordinate with the client's Line and Base maintenance planning. - Collaborate with the Records Central team, CAMO team, and the client to handle aircraft phase-in and re-delivery to and from CAE Fleet Management Services. - Oversee daily operations and provide support to the client's maintenance control center during major Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations as necessary. - Control and track defects using the maintenance management software, liaising with the client and MRO providers for defect rectification. - Engage with the OEM to address technical queries. - Monitor services KPI, present statistics to the client and escalate issues both internally within CAE FTM and externally - Manage aircraft acceptance, return, and transfer processes as a project manager, involving lessor, CAE Parc, and the client. Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles within Airline's Technical Services, CAMO, or MRO. - Possession of a relevant Engineering Degree or EASA/A&P maintenance license. - Familiarity with global civil aviation regulations and requirements (EASA/FAA). - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a cross-functional setting. - Skill in simplifying complex processes and writing procedures. - Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. - Ability to effectively communicate results based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
