One of the roles is Senior Branch Engagement Advisor. We're looking for someone who can plan and deliver an ongoing programme of activities to support great staff engagement. The right person for this role will:

- Have experience of developing and delivering staff engagement plans and programmes
- Have a good knowledge of communications and engagement frameworks and be able to give good advice to leaders
- Be organised and have the discipline to deliver under pressure
- Have the drive and energy to make things happen
- Have great relationship skills and an ability to work well with teams across the organisation
- Champion our people and staff engagement
