**About the role**
- The Coordinator, Aviation Safety Oversight at the Civil Aviation Authority provides operational support to ensure the effective delivery of aviation document processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing documentation and records, supporting peer review and quality checks, liaising with industry participants, coordinating schedules, contributing to cross-team projects, and continuously improving administrative systems while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.**What You’ll Bring**
- You will bring proven experience in administrative, coordination or support roles, ideally within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to manage documentation, records, and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to confidently engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable contributing to team activities, cross-unit projects, and peer review processes. With a continuous improvement mindset, you proactively identify and suggest enhancements to administrative systems and tools. You understand the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately and are familiar with privacy obligations.
