**KeyResponsibilities**: As our In-HouseInterior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our residential projects, working on a variety of house designs, from small terrace houses to standalonehouses. Your responsibilities will include:

- InteriorDesign: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
- Constructability: Collaborate closely with the project manager and construction team to ensure designs are feasible and can be efficiently implemented.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Trends andProduct Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest interior design trends andhave a thorough understanding of the newest products and their pricing.
- TeamCollaboration: Work collaboratively with the project manager and quantitysurveyor to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet our clients'expectations.
- LandscapeDesign: Create harmonious outdoor spaces that complement the overall design andenhance the liveability of residential properties.

**Requirements**:

- Architecturalbackground with a focus on interior design highly recommended.
- Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Knowledgeof current interior design trends and products, including pricing.
- A teamplayer who can work seamlessly with other professionals in a collaborativeenvironment.
- Highlyrecommended: Architectural experience to ensure a deep understanding of theconstruction details.
- Valid full driver’s license
- Eligible to work in New Zealandwithout restrictions.
