As a Customer Support Specialist you will create customer delight with every interaction you have with our end users so that they have the best customer experience. In this role you will be the first point of contact across NZ and Australia end users who need support with our product or service. - Be an absolute whiz when it comes to Fresh Desk, Fresh Chat, our Help Centre and our VOIP system
- You will get creative when it comes to content, updating articles, videos and product releases
- Completing tickets within deadlines
