**About the Role**:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will create customer delight with every interaction you have with our end users so that they have the best customer experience. In this role you will be the first point of contact across NZ and Australia end users who need support with our product or service. A lot of your time will be spent on the phones chatting with customers and getting them the answers they need. We are a growing start up so there is ample opportunity to find innovative new ways to automate responding to inbound customer support requests.
In this role you can expect to:
- Be an absolute whiz when it comes to Fresh Desk, Fresh Chat, our Help Centre and our VOIP system
- You will get creative when it comes to content, updating articles, videos and product releases
- Completing tickets within deadlines
**Desired Skills and Experience**
**What are we looking for**:
- An amazing phone manner
- Proven experience in a similar customer service/customer focused role
- Customers are your compass - you go above and beyond to create customer advocates
- You have built outstanding relationship with your clients and colleagues
- You are confident and comfortable when it comes to AML
- Strong written and oral communication skills
