We are on the lookout for dedicated Customer Support Specialists to embark on a full-time or part-time fixed-term journey with our Auckland team. As a **Customer Support Specialist**, you'll be the compass that guides our guests to holiday bliss. You'll solve puzzles, weave connections, and ensure every guest's story is one for the books.

**Your Quest**:

- Deliver exceptional service that turns trips into tales.
- Navigate customer challenges with creative, tailored solutions.
- Forge strong bonds with suppliers for seamless experiences.
- Be the map and compass of New Zealand's wonders.
- Juggle tasks with precision and a smile, even under pressure.

**Your Toolkit**:

- A background in contact centres? Great Not a deal-breaker.
- A customer-first compass and a knack for navigating needs.
- Flexibility to work when adventure calls, including weekends.
- Do you speak several languages? French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus.
- Calm in the storm and resilient by nature.
