**Mo te tunga | About the role**

Due to recent turnover, we are looking for a Programme Coordinator and Data Analyst to join EECA's Warmer Kiwi Homes team, which delivers a government programme providing insulation and heating grants to lower income homeowners. This role will provide high quality programme support and customer service, coordinating activities between the team and external providers, and providing data analysis and reporting.

You will also:

- Provide accurate and timely contract administration
- Support other roles in the team with data analysis, survey results, identification of risk areas
- Coordinate customer and provider surveys
- Collate H&S certificates and privacy returns
- Maintain the programme's reporting for the Ministers' Offices and management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in data gathering, verification and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Salesforce is ideal
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member across the organisation
