**About the role**:
**Key requirements**:

- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established standards.
- Analyze and interpret data using Excel, identifying trends and patterns to support decision-making processes.
- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track resources, ensuring optimal utilization and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with case allocation and management, ensuring efficient distribution of workload among team members.

**To be considered you are good to need**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
