The Delivery team is part of Inland Revenue’s Enterprise Services Planning, Design and Delivery team. Team members are specialists in the integrity of the end to end functional solution across Oracle (Ātea). They plan, schedule, build, test and deploy patches and releases to maintain the health and currency of systems.

**Mōu | About you**

As a Senior Technology Specialist (level 3), reporting to the Service Owner - Initiative and Release Delivery you will be working within a team of effective and productive operators.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- A minimum of 5 year’s experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion cloud products/modules, experience with SAP would also be helpful.
- Has prior experience as a Developer/Implementer/Programmer/System Administrator.
- Has prior experience in system or user acceptance testing including coaching others.
- Project management/administration skills are essential and experience in ServiceNow and Jira is preferred.
- Be self-motivated, highly focused and responsive to the needs of the customers.
- Ability to collaborate with key partners/customers to understand/identify requirements and document this throughout the process (impact assessments, deployment and delivery plans, progress reports and completion reports).
- Ability to work independently requiring mínimal direction, execute projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems
- Experience in leading projects and as a senior team member coaching other team members and stakeholders.
