Number of position for this job: 02
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 32 Hours
Days required: Monday to Sunday (Rotating hours)
Payrate: $28.18 per hour
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting the Cooks in organising and preparing ingredients for cooking of menu items
- Washing, peeling and cutting the vegetables as per the requirements
- Dishwashing and cleaning the cooking and other utensils and make sure they are stored appropriately
- Cleaning the kitchen, cooking and food preparation area as well as the kitchen equipment
- Plating the food and beverages for the serving
- Packing the takeaway dishes and left-over food items
- Assisting the cooks in cooking, roasting and heating the food items
- Checking the supplies and informing the manager in timely manner
- Disposing off kitchen rubbish and food waste
- Adhering to companys procedure for food hygiene & health and safety
- Must be of 18 years of age or above
- Positive and right attitude
- Physically fit and healthy
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Late evenings, Weekends and Public Holiday availability
- No Criminal Record
