The purpose of this role is to deliver customer orders in a timely manner and provide customers with excellent service. To keep the yard in a tidy condition and operate the forklift in a safe way. Ensure Hynds products are moved carefully in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure all customer orders are delivered to site in full and safely on time as per customer expectations
- Following delivery instructions closely and delivering orders safely and on time
- Driving in a manner that is in line with the road code and Hynds' safety expectations and NZTA rules and regulations.
- Assisting with sales support for all branch customers. Ensure interactions with customers meet Hynds service standards.
- Operate crane and lifting equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Liaise with Internal Sales teams for contract sales fulfilment as appropriate.

**Key Attributes**
- Technically Competent: HIAB experience is beneficial, but training will be provided. Full NZ driver licence class 2 required with experience. F & W Endorsements are beneficial but not essential.
- Decisive and Intuitive: Takes accountability for making things happen. Can make decisions and implement them effectively.
- Accurate with Detail: To ensure customer orders are correct, and branch performance standards are met. Attention to detail with paperwork and administration
- Safety Focus: Always understands the importance of safety. A reasonable level of physical fitness
- Commercial Acumen: To understand the value of our package, products and solutions.
