Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact? Our client, a respected and rapidly growing engineering company servicing heavy rotating machinery in the fields of dairy, steel, water management is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team in Drury.

Covering the Auckland and Waikato regions, you'll provide expert service to a well-established customer base, working both in the workshop and on-site to deliver high-quality solutions across electric motors, pumps, alternators, and motor gearboxes.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of rotating equipment
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely
  • Keep accurate service records and documentation
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Champion Health & Safety best practices in every environment

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualified Fitter & Turner or similar mechanical/electrical qualification
  • 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience, ideally in heavy industry
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong organisational abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
