**The Role**
We have an administration position based out of our client's large office in Kelvin Grove. As a key member of the team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- General data entry and administration
- Coordinating with various stakeholders and vehicle lease companies.
- Provide time critical vehicle logistics information.
- Monitoring stock levels.
As this is a 6 month position (ending around late March) with an opportunity for permanent employment.
**Days & hours**
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 5.00pm
**Skills and Attributes**
- Admin and data entry experience is preferred so you can hit the ground running.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motor industry experience is preferred.
- Relevant tertiary level qualification is preferred.
