**About the Role**:
Here is a role that doesn't come up often Reporting into the Gaming Machines Business Manager this role leads, develops and empowers the VIP Gaming Machines team to deliver exceptional service within responsible gaming guidelines each and every time.

Working in a small leadership team, you will work together over a 24/7 operation to ensure the VIP gaming rooms are maintained and operated effectively and professionally whilst understanding and meeting compliance requirements.

Leading a team of 25-40 you will be there to run the operation, deal with any customer queries, manage customer feedback and support your team whilst recommending changes and initiatives to future proof operations and business including growing and retaining visitation.

**About You**:
You'll be an inspiring, supportive and engaging leader with proven experience leading a successful team. Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment would be advantageous or someone with a wealth of operational experience. You'll be comfortable establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both the team and our customers. Tackling problems will be a breeze, with your sound influential skills and composed communication style. You're someone who loves to look outside the square and bring forward ideas and suggestions for innovation, revenue growth and development. You'll need a good head when it comes to numbers and will actively seek opportunities to reduce operational costs. Above all else, it'll be your leadership style that sets you above the rest - developing your people, performance, coaching and building a high performing team - this is what really drives you

**The must-have's**:
Our Casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will need to be comfortable working on a rotating roster around these times. We're also looking for someone who understands the operational challenges in a role like this - whilst it may be a shift-based role, our managers may sometimes need to work around this on the occasion. You'll also be required to obtain a COA gaming licence (certificate of approval) which is managed by the DIA so a clear credit and criminal history is required.
