The role will include:

- Washing, grading, and packing oysters to meet industry and company quality standards. -Ensuring all oysters are frozen within the specific HACCP controls
- Grading and packing oysters ensures company grading and quality standards are met at all times.
- Packing orders as laid out in the live-pack operations manual.
- The role is physical and so it is not for the faint of heart
- Ensuring containers and equipment properly stored.
- Opening oysters in a trade acceptable manner that meets industry and company quality standards.
- Meeting opening volume requirements as set by the company.
- A daily minimum of 75 trays is expected after 4 weeks of continuous employment.
- some on farm work may be required
- Accommodation can be provided and deducted from wages if required
- however we cannot accommodate families or pets in this accommodation as it is single room/shared amenities accommodation only.

Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal check. Our factory is strictly smoke and vape free.
