Our client is on the lookout for process workers for a fixed term contract for an Oyster factory in Warkworth, Auckland. This is a full time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week and an hourly pay rate of $25-$30 per hour dependent on experience.

The role will include:

- Washing, grading, and packing oysters to meet industry and company quality standards.
- Ensuring all oysters are frozen within the specific HACCP controls
- Ensuring the work area is left clean and tidy at the end of each work period, with all boxes, containers and equipment properly stored.
- Opening oysters in a trade acceptable manner that meets industry and company quality standards.
- Meeting opening volume requirements as set by the company. A daily minimum of 75 trays is expected after 4 weeks of continuous employment.
- Grading and packing oysters ensures company grading and quality standards are met at all times.
- Packing orders as laid out in the live-pack operations manual.
- The role is physical and so it is not for the faint of heart

Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal check.

Our factory is strictly smoke and vape free.
