As we grow, we are seeking a dependable and customer-focused **Store Manager** to lead our team.

**About the Role**:
This is a **permanent, full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week)** suited for someone with retail, service, or light technical experience who’s ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic small-business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the tech store
- Lead customer service and ensure quality standards
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and inventory
- Coordinate repairs and basic technical support (training provided)
- Manage small team and report to the business owner

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail, administration, tech services, or a supervisory role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and managing basic systems
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Fluent English and strong customer service orientation

**Hours & Pay**:

- **Permanent full-time position** (minimum 30 hours/week)
- **Pay range**: $29.66 - $33.00 per hour (depending on experience)
