We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our CARTERS Whangamata Trade Sales Support team. With your commitment to outstanding customer service and accurate data entry, you might just be the person we've been looking for.

**About the role**

Alongside your team, you'll be part of servicing our trade customers working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is key.
- ** Liaise with trade customers and account managers **to make sure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- ** Coordinate with transport providers **to organise timely delivery to customers.
- ** Organise buy-ins **and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- ** Provide top-notch customer service **by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

- ** A team player with the right attitude. **You're approachable and have a helpful attitude, as well as a willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in' when needed.
- ** A real people person. **You have proven experience building trust and rapport with customers.
- ** Excellent computer skills. **Fast and accurate data entry skills
- ** Confident and articulate. **Skilled in both written and verbal communication
- ** Building or trade industry knowledge **is advantageous.
