**Job Description**:
The really exciting thing??? This team will be a part of any new products Contact launches You will be working in a team that is responsible for setting the bar for what an exceptional customer experience looks like for our new products. We also want you to help work through any obstacles we may come across along the way. If you are someone that loves change, has great initiative and a customer service superstar this is a great role for you. Currently the team are working on Broadband and soon to roll out Wireless as well as some other cool products on the horizon.

Anything related to our customers Broadband experience will come to you In this role you put your energy where it matters, by enabling our customers to have the best broadband experience You have so much #HumanEnergy that customers never realised how much fun broadband was until they spoke to you

**Qualifications**:
Are you the go to in the family for anything technical? If someone’s phone isn’t working or their internet is down, are you the Whanau member they ask for?

You love thinking of smarter ways to do things and growing your knowledge?

Do you have the right #HumanEnergy needed to have a conversation with anyone? (Talking about the weather doesn’t count)
