Our menu is classic gastro-pub style food with a modern twist.

**About the role**

As a Duty Manager/Bar Person at Good Local you will be responsible for the Day-to-day operation of the bar on the Bar Managers Day's Off.

A current managers certificate is preferred but not a deal breaker.

You will be responsible for the following:
Learning about the range of Good George Beers and Ciders to enable you to suggest recommendations and ensure they are poured to the highest standard while reducing wastage
Have input with the cocktail/mocktail menu
Ensure customers receive their beverage order in an acceptable timeframe
Ordering at the end of shift/receipting stock inwards
Work closely with other departments ensuring communication flows effectively
Any other duties the employer may reasonably require

**You will be required to work nights and weekends.**

We envision that you will eventually be provided with training as a Maitre D so you can organise, welcome guests and run/supervise a shift.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
