Our Neurology
Physiotherapy Team are looking for an
experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join us as a Clinical Team Leader This
exciting opportunity will see you providing leadership and professional development
to a large team of approximately 16-17 Physiotherapists and Allied Health
Assistants who are committed to providing exceptional quality of care to our
patients.
The
Clinical Team Leader is integral to our leadership team, working closely with
our other Clinical Team Leaders, the Clinical Manager and Service Manager to
lead and improve clinical services. A core component of this position will be
contributing to daily operational planning and service improvement initiatives
over the Neurology cluster, as well as holding a clinical caseload within the
Spinal Team.

In this role, you

**will be responsible for**:

- Provides professional and clinical leadership and support to staff

within the cluster;
- Ensuring the day-to-day provision of a high-quality clinical service
within Spinal Injuries and the wider Neurology cluster
- Working closely with the leadership team and wider multidisciplinary
colleagues to identity and implement service improvement initiatives;
- Maintaining a designated clinical case load in Spinal Injury;
- Supporting and fostering the development of our Physiotherapy team
members;
- Assisting the Allied Health Clinical Manager/Service Manager with the
development, provision and monitoring of quality cost-effective clinical
services.Your skills will

**include**:

- Demonstrated clinical

excellence (a minimum of 5 years' experience post-qualification is
desirable) and a keen interest in Spinal Injury and Neurology;
- Previous experience in
leading a team and/or project management is highly desirable;
- Sound working knowledge
of local, national and international health systems is strongly desired;
- Experience in training
and supervision of staff with the ability to foster and support the
development of a team both collectively and on an individual basis Is
advantageous;
- An interest in quality
and service provision;
- Registration with the Physiotherapy
