**Job Description**:
Part of NPDL, Container Repairs and Sales (CRS) provides full empty container services. You will be instrumental in this role as you will manage the CRS Auckland depot operations safely, professionally and effectively by providing a high level of leadership to team members and customer service to clients through efficient, effective, and consistent planning and execution whilst building and maintaining a reputation for quality and integrity.

**The key areas you will be in charge of are**:

- Health and Safety in the depot
- Management/Leadership of the team
- Planning workflows
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring to the table**:

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within shipping and logistics
- MPI TFO (Transitional facility officer) within 6 months of being in the role
- MPI accredited Person within 6 months of being in the role
- Experience running complex sites or projects
- High level of integrity and work ethic; a safety role model, able to create, drive, and develop a strong Safety culture across all operations
- Strong knowledge of MS Office

You will need to have strong leadership & culture building experience. You are an expert in the art of influencing and relationship building to maintain internal/external business relationships. You will have a record that shows you’ve led teams to be successful, developed a winning culture and you put your team and customer first. In addition, your operations know-how will be instrumental in the depot along with your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to identify root causes and determine corrective actions.

You will be highly results-oriented, ready to take on challenges and able to work under pressure. Continuous improvement will be top of mind as you constantly challenging the status quo and able to identify opportunities to improve the business.

You will also have the ability to pass Ministry of Justice, ACC checks and a drug and alcohol test as part of our recruitment process.

Additional Information
**Hours of Work**:
This role is based in Panmure. A minimum of 40 hours a week from 6.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 6.00am to 12.00pm as required. Flexibility to work overtime to meet operational requirements will be required.
