**A**BOUT** THE ROLE | Te**tūranga** mahi**

Join our Terminal Planning team as a Vessel Planner & Empty Depot Coordinator, where you'll coordinate vessel planning and depot operations to ensure the efficient flow of containers through the terminal.

You’ll plan vessel exchanges, manage empty depot activities, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise performance and maintain smooth operations. This role is key to maximising efficiency and supporting a safe, reliable port operation.

**ABOUT YOU | Ko wai**koe**

You’re an organised and proactive operations professional with experience in port, depot, or terminal environments. You have strong technical and analytical skills, an eye for detail, and confidence using Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and related tools.

You communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement will help you thrive in this role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |**Ngā**Haepapa** Matua**
- Plan and coordinate vessel exchanges using the Terminal Operating System (TOS).
- Manage daily MT Depot operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain accurate operational records.
- Liaise with shipping lines, port agents, and transport operators.
- Ensure adherence to POAL safety, MPI, and Customs requirements.
- Support performance monitoring, process improvement, and system enhancements.
