Glaister Ennor is a well-regarded 13 partner law firm well known for its property, commercial and litigation expertise.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and switched on Practice Manager to join our Auckland CBD firm for a 12 month full time maternity leave cover. This is a fast paced, dynamic role that will suit someone who is ready for a rewarding challenge. Reporting to the Management team, this person is responsible for overseeing a wide range of duties including HR responsibilities, recruitment, premises, health and safety, event planning and management duties.

This will be for a 12 month contract initially to cover maternity leave with the possibility of further employment within the firm.

We are looking for someone motivated and energised, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude; this role needs to make things happen. You will have:

- Experience with HR and the day to day running of a busy legal practice
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Confidential, professional, and reliable.
